Is this legal?
Many companies make users automatically attach these long legal statements at the bottom of every email basically saying that if you are not the intended recipient then you should not read it and remove it inmediately, and that whatever was written in the message is confidential and that --hang on, the best part is coming now-- by simply opening the message you agree with the conditions. The thing is, how am I supposed to agree with those terms if I need to scroll down and go through the whole messsage to read them?
It's not the article I was looking for and that ended up being published in one of the big magazines in the net but this one seems to be quite informative about this issue: Stupid disclaimers
