I recently discovered Storytlr and it actually had all the features that I wanted to have in my own site, and in fact I had already implemented something similar but only using Javascript. I also liked the fact that it has a basic but functional blogging componnent, so I can write something longer than my usual Twitter rants if it tickles my fancy.
Installing it wasn\'t difficult at all, as my curren hosting had all the required libraries in their PHP installation. Customization is mostly done via CSS although I did have to modify a couple of template files to rearrange things in a more suitable way (I moved the tabs all the way to the top) and removed some texts that I did not want to see.
All in all, seems to be workin fine so far and I would recommend it if you\'re looking for a life streaming application.
